LCS has been in business for over 40 years and has been historically recognised as a quality System Integrator providing Design, Control Panels and Electrical Installation. Over the last 10 years, more and more clients have engaged LCS for what could be considered “non-core” activities and through this the LCS Directors seized an innovative opportunity to widen its services to include; Project Management, CDM, Civils, Demolition, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC and Turnkey small works.
LCS has recognised, along with its clients, the distinct advantage of this approach when it comes to small works. Whilst LCS has the breath and depth of experience to cover all aspects of the project, this does not come with the significant costs and overheads typically associated with a larger main contractor. By using LCS, clients have realised significant cost savings without any impact on quality and delivery.
LCS provides a one stop shop and are well versed in reducing the client’s risk with LCS being solely accountable for the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects by skilfully managing all interfaces with its sub contractors.
LCS is proactively involved in many schemes at feasibility stage in order to develop and propose innovative solutions, in order to reduce costs for Civils, Mechanical and overall delivery time.
LCS has significant experience outside the Water Sector. This includes Power, Nuclear, Food/FMCG, Process, Defence, Logistics, Automotive and Aerospace. Through this, we are able to propose and suggest innovative solutions and working practices from these sectors to further improve the delivery of projects for clients within the Water Sector.
